Travel expense exception

Hello

I cannot submit the travel expense report because of below exception.

"Your business requires an approved trip Pre-Approval request to be attached for this report. Please attach trip Pre-Approval request and try submitting again to clear this exception."

When I click on the exception a new page opens to search for the request but it does not come up because I closed that request before creating this expense. 

Can you please advise?

@ece_aj you will need to have a site administrator reopen the request. Once closed, you cannot do anything with the request. If you log in to SAP Concur, look in the Company Notes section. You will see a link for your company's internal help.
