I have an issue creating itinerary for my business trip. When trying to set a date it shows this error: Itineraries created from different configurations cannot contain travel on the same date.
The situation is as following:
I was on an abroad business trip from 14Oct2024-17Oct2024. I have returned home on 17Oct2024 at 6am. I then went on a domestic business trip on 17Oct2024 at 10am and returned next day. I have issue creating the domestic travel itinerary on 17Oct2024. I have submitted the abroad expense report per the company instruction. Now, when I am trying to create domestic expense report I am unable to claim the domestic per diem for the 17Oct2024.
What should I do in this situation?
