Refer below article and suggested solution. With reference to below article, it says such errors occurs when there are changes happened in the field which corresponds to the Organization under the Travel Allowance Employee-Related Configurations tab. Meaning, the field from the user profile which is used in TA setup to calculate different TA rates, if there are any changes happened in that value while/during creation of expense report A and expense report B which has same date then this error gets occurred.
As per Concur standard design system does allow to use same date in two different travel allowance itineraries. Hence, there is no issue in that.
However, you can check your profile settings >> expense information and review if any changes happened into previously set data (such as country or employee grades or any other field on which your travel allowance rates are setup)
OR
If you are unable to identify the change in your profile, then you can reach out to your Company Concur Admin to check what changes they have made.
and request them to revoke it for a while and then you can submit your expense report with same date.
Once you submitted your report, they can again do the new changes into your profile and save.
