Travel Profile Not Syncing to Airline Forms

Hello - Since the most recent updates, we are finding that our information from traveler profiles is not syncing with the airline forms. For example, this pop up shows all the fields blank for this traveler even though they have passport and other preferences.  image.png

Hello - It was popping up during the flight search option. Once we entered the flight information into the search (day and timing and airport) this pop up appeared before displaying the flight options. Thank you.
