Travel Allowance Reporting

Hi All,

Is it possible to download a Cognos report with current travel allowance configurations? I located the "Travel Allowance Configuration" (naming of the allowance), the Rate Location Country and Rate Location data fields, but cannot locate the rate. Any suggestions?

Good question, thank you for posting!

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to use Intelligence to capture the current travel allowance configuration. Intelligence captures the travel allowance transactional data, meaning it only includes travel allowance data tied to a traveler’s expense report. As travel allowance rates frequently change, the Intelligence travel allowance data may not be what is currently configured but what was configured at the time the expense report was created.
