The gcard repayment does not deduct the refund part

Hello, I used my gcard to pay around $1000 for a phone and later I returned the phone with around $500 refund, but in my latest paycheck, it deducted me $1000 instead of $500. Could you help with that? Thank you very much!

@zimaow You will need to speak to the department at your company in charge of Gcards and expense reimbursements. I would suggest starting with Finance or Payroll.
