Terminated Associate

Expense was sent back to an associate to edit. Associate was terminated before they could edit the expense and send back to me for approval. Is there a way to retrieve this expense to reimburse terminated associate?

@jenbre your site administrator should have the ability to proxy in as the user and get the report submitted on their behalf.
