Syncing issues between Travel and Expense profiles

Our company uses the Travel and Expense modules.  Why does the user profile under Travel different from Expense (e.g. email addresses)?

I would need to know more abou this but there should be one shared profile with the same email address and then different sections for travel and expense & invoice settings within the profile.  I would suggest putting in a case with Concur support so that they can review this.
