Im trying to measure a time saving on my old process of requesting this OPS script running vs my new process [which is not doing it anymore].
My only available source right now of time computation was the email notification from support that they had started the script running and when it was completed, which took almost 23hours. [same lead time appeared in my log report generated from the ticket raised].
