Summary of Allocated Department ID Codes By Date, Time, Delegate/Acct. Owner

Hello,

Is it possible to view the "history" of the department ID codes allocated for a specific report number and reflect the following information throughout the life of a single report?

• Department ID code Allocated for payment
• Who selected the Department ID code
• The date the Department ID code was entered or "modified"
• Who modified it

Thank you for getting back to me. For some reason, the Audit Trail on my end does not show a history of what department codes were assigned and later changed. Is there a setting I should adjust to see this information? I appreciate your time and assistance.
