Successfully Logged In But Get Message Stating I'm Not Set Up For Concur Products

I've used my Concur account previously on my PC. Today I logged into my Concur account. Started creating my report. Screen froze and then I received the following error message. You are currently not set up to use any Concur products. Contact your Concur Administrator for assistance. Any thoughts on how to proceed. As far as I can tell I don't have access to the help desk.

@qbert01 are you still experiencing this issue? If so, did you try signing in using a different browser?

Problem appeared to be on Concur's end. I was able to log in the next day and successfully submit my report.
