Solved: Submit report second time

I am a new user - I have received report back and done the amendments. Now I want to resubmit but it says 'Not Ready for Review' - what do I do.? I don't want to press the button in case it wipes everything? Help!!!!

@Sarahbailey1972 so not to have this go unanswered, I'm replying here as well. I know I sent you a private message, but does the button really say "Not Ready for Review"? Could you take a screenshot for me, please?
