Submit Report Early

Hello, Is there a way to submit an expense report early? I tried to submit the report but it says unable to submit before the 19th. I will be leaving for vacation and won't be around to submit the report. Thanks

Good Afternoon,

Your company has specific audit rules that are throwing that exception message.   You would need to discuss with your administration to see if they can turn it off to allow you to submit prior to your vacation.

@Dandrusyna you could also ask a colleague if they would be willing to submit for you as your delegate. You would just need to add them as your delegate and be sure to provide them the Can Submit permission.
