Subcontractor resources accessing Concur

We have a few subcontractor resources (s-) on one of my projects who required to travel to the customer location as part of their work. How do they log into Concur to submit their expense on the project?

@pkbiju they would need to have a profile created in your SAP Concur site to be able to log in. I suggest discussing it internally to see if you want to create a profile for someone who is likely considered a "temporary" employee. 

Creating a profile entails providing them a username/log in ID. I think discussing this with your direct manager first is the best place to start. Your company might have some other way they pay subcontractors.
