Stopp email reminder

Dear all, 


Could you help me and tell me how to stop these reminders:


Dear XXX, You have 3 outstanding credit card transactions that have not been submitted.

Hello.  Go to your Profile Settings and Expense Preferences.  This is where you can tell Concur what emails you want to receive.

Simone1, you would need to reach out to your Company's Concur Admin, as that type of email would be set up in Expense Administration - Email Reminders. If the admin cannot get there, they can contact Concur to check on the setup, but that reminder was probably set up by your company.

@Simone1 these reminders are default reminders that are active when your site goes live. You would need to speak to whomever at your company is the site administrator about this. However, this is a company wide reminder, so it cannot be turned off for individuals.


Do you see these three transactions in your Available Expenses or are they possibly on an expense report? If so, simply submit them and the reminder will stop. 🙂
