Still getting old UI for registering partner application

Hi,

I am trying to register partner application in order to create oauth2.0, but when i trying to register partner application at this link https://www.concursolutions.com/CompanyAdmin/PartnerApp/Registration.asp , i am still getting old ui where i am unable to add redirect uri and unable to find the process for reviewing application. Can you check why i am unable to get the process to review app

Have you tried using this Partner Sign-up Form? 

After you fill out the form, you can expect to hear from a Concur representative within three business days. They will help you through the process and cover the following:
