Does anyone have the same experience that Smart Expenses function (auto matching) doesn't work in new UI?
I was told by Concur support team that the matching criteria is vendor name, date and amount. It's rare that the matching vendor name would get captured either via ExpenseIt app or ExpenseIt email.
