Good afternoon everyone, 🙂
Prospective Concur customer wishes to use SSO but has recently acquired another company who have a separate active directory. So they wish to have a single instance of Concur and be able to set up SSO for each group of users. Is this possible ?
many thanks

@Snell Well it is a happy Monday for you as I found out you can set up multiple SSO connections to one SAP Concur site. I don't know all the details of how, but from what you said, it sounds like for now the potential customer was just wondering if it was possible.

@Snell Active Directories aren't my area of knowledge, so I cannot provide any help. I do see that your company is a Certified Concur Partner. Have you submitted this question to our Concur Partner Support portal? That is your best option for getting an answer to your question.

Thanks Kevin for the quick response. It's mine neither :-).
I can usually only raise PSD tickets when there is a registered project or a purchased expansion pack in Salesforce. I will give it a go and use our internal sandbox if a site reference is needed. Failing that I will email our Partner Management Senior Specialist. Unless you meant Workzone ? - as I could not find anything there about this.

Hi @KevinD , thank you for your quick response last week. I raised a Partner Portal and they cannot help me as this is only an opportunity and not an actual customer yet. A little frustrating.

@Snell I've email a couple people to see if they can provide me an answer. I think I know what they are going to say, but I'll hold off on saying anything until I hear from the experts. 🙂
