Simple Report For Approvers

Is there a simple report that allows approvers to see employees who have not submitted their expense report that are under them in the workflow?

The unsubmitted expense entry report would be difficult for them to understand, I am looking for a very basic report that shows approver who has not submitted their report.

Hey Kevin. I am familiar with building reports in Cognos but would need to know how to build on the report. The most I have done is added custom fields to standard reports.
