Sign in with internet explorer

Hi,

 

I need to use the old internet explorer to be able to use Cognos intelligence.

But now I receive following error :

 

Sorry, something went wrong.
We encountered an error processing your request. If the issue persists, please contact your Company Administrator or Help Desk with correlation_id 62355447ac3da1e5590cde59789ca494-1 for additional help
 
Anybody has an idea what cause this problem ?

Hi,

 

I got a confirmation from Concur that this is a issue since 25/06/2021 because of an out of support between IE11 and concur intelligence v 10 cognos.

I have logged into Cognos today via Internet Explorer, so I did not get that error message. Maybe try clearing your cache and restarting?

I also have had no issues in logging into IE but there was an alert today on Concur Open for an issue of degradation of service, so you may have been affected.

Hi,

 

thanks for the suggestions.

I Cleaned cache and all other options that I have but no Luck yet.

 

I helped myself by using a IE on another pc and that works for my reporting.

I have a incident open with the concur project team. When I know what cause the issue i'll post it here
