I am seeing this alert, tried commenting it but didn't worked.

Per section 13 of the Global T&E Policy any Boston Scientific Employees who are expected to submit at least two (2) Business Expense Reports on their own behalf per year must apply for a Corporate Credit Card and use it for all business related expenses. Please add a comment to this expense explaining why a corporate card was not used for this expense.

@jains30 was the Alert icon colored Red or Yellow? If yellow, you can still submit the report. If Red, then I suggest speaking with your manager about how to proceed.
