@Stennc that is a question for someone at your company. This community doesn't have access to your SAP Concur site (well I do, but not your policies) and won't know what your company requires when it comes to which cost center to charge something against.
I suggest speaking with your direct manager since they will likely be the first person to review and approve your expenses.
