Setting Up Fixed Amount depending on the expense types

Hi Team,

Is there any way to make the amount field auto-populated for few expense types?

Hi, that can be set up by Concur support. Out of curiosity, what types of expenses would be auto-populated?

Expense types for per diem like laundry, meals should be auto-populated.

@Reetu_Ratn there are some items like meals and hotel that can be set up with fixed amounts based on using our Travel Allowance feature. However, for other expense types I don't think this is possible. But, what you can do if you need a certain fixed amount for some other expense types, you create an audit rule with the Conditions: If Expense Type Equals [Expense Type Name] AND Entry Expense Amount Not Equal to [Enter Amount] the entry can be flagged with a hard stop alert that tells the user what amount is allowable. 

 

Does that make sense? Have you written audit rules before?
