Send Pending Approval Notification to Expense Delegate

Hello Concur Community!

I am a  travel arranger / expenses delegate for a group of executives.

How can I receive notifications regarding pending approvals sitting in their queue? If this is not possible, is there any way for me to see their pending approvals. I'm referring to expense reports from managers that have been submitted to my executives for their approval.

@CPI48642 hello there. For this to happen, two things need to be done:

1. The Delegate configuration for your site needs to have the Preview for Approver turned on. Your company's internal site administrator would need to do this.

2. Once number 1 has been done, your executives would need to select this option for you as their delegate on their profile.

If the executives do not sign in too often, your site admin can also enable this on behalf of all the executives.

For all the delegate set up, you should make sure the Receives approval emails checked off.
