Selecting new Cost Centre

Good morning 

 

We have a number of new cost centres which I've created under the custom field, I've added the new cost centres to the individuals account under Expenses settings>User Account, but when I check on Company Administration>User Admin they're not appearing.

 

Please can you advise why and how to fix it.

Hi @espencer1trumpf . Did you follow all these steps when adding a new Cost Center?

To add a new Cost Center to an existing list on SAP Concur Expense, please follow the steps below:

You will need the Shared Configuration Administrator (Restricted) permission to have access to these settings.

  1. Go to Administration > Expense > List Management
  2. Search and double click the list to be modified/updated
  3. Expand the folder by double-clicking on the entry
  4. Select the Parent item where the new Cost Center is to be added
  • If a new Company is to be added, Global Folder must be selected
  • If a new Department is to be added, Company level must be selected
  • If a new Cost Center is to be added, Department level must be selected Click New
  1. Click New
  2. On the right pane, fill out the Item Name and Item Code
  3. Click Save

Good afternoon

I've added the new cost centres how I normally do it as previously I had no issues, but I still don't understand why these new codes aren't showing.  I did what you stated above and these particular cost centres do not appear. Please can you help

@espencer1trumpf can you provide the names of the Cost Centers you try adding please?
