Was wondering if anyone could share their organization structure with me related to expense and card programs? We are a very large manufacturing organization whose T&E team supports travel expense and corporate and purchasing card programs. We have production and customer support activities along with many projects related to cards and M&A activities currently in play. We have Concur Expense implemented in 26 countries currently and working on implementing an additional 20 countries. Even if you are a smaller organization, I would love to hear about your structure.
