Search all expenses entered

How can an end user search for a past expense?  Example: I know I bought xx but can't remember when and would like to see what was paid on that expense.

@asegars they cannot search for a specific expense line item, however if they use the Report Library, they can go back and see their entire history of expense reports. They need to have some sort of time frame of when the expense was submitted so they know which reports to look at. 

 

The Report Library is accessed by clicking Expense at the top of the screen when logged into Concur. Then depending on which User Interface your company is using. If you are using our Legacy UI, then the user clicks Report Library on the right-hand side of the screen then uses the View button to choose an option for past reports to view. If on our NextGen UI, then they click the Active Reports link and choose a time frame.

@KevinD Thanks for the quick response.  Doesn't seem like it would be that hard to enable such a feature but I guess that is why I am not a programmer.

@asegars I'm the same way. I think it would be something easy, but it probably would take hours to program. 🙂
