Search By Default

Are you able to default to "Either" in the search by functionality, if it's available?

@RaeRiccobono

You will need to tell us more about the screen that you are referring to. At the moment, the question seems to be without context.

I believe I know what they are asking, I have a similar request. Within "Expense">"Manage Expense">(INSERT REPORT NAME)>(INSERT EXPENSE DESCRIPTION), within the "Job" and "Phase" dropdowns, the default search setting is set to "Code". It would be nice for the user to be able to either change this default, or have this default be "Either". I personally have several jobs to code to and I don't make a habit of memorizing the "Code" for all of the jobs I'm working on that may have expenses associated with them. Whenever I put together my report, it's just one more step that I have to take for every single expense. This would be a nice feature that would save just a bit of time and hassle, making expense reports a smoother task. Thanks!

@tzange Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. At this time you can only default to Code or Text.

This would be something you could submit as an improvement request. To submit a new improvement request or vote on an existing improvement request, please visit the Customer Influence Website.

Thank you, could you please let me know how to default to "text"? I could not seem to figure this out for myself. Thanks!

@tzange this must be done by a site administrator.
