The recent 2FA rollout with an 'authenticator' app is mentioned inconvenient for certain users. So, looking at SSO option.
We have 2 tenants by region and one IDP with some users using both tenants. And there is no straight forward SSO solution proposed for the users existing in both tenants. Looks like the only solution for these users is to have 2 network accounts. So, it does not look like a viable solution because its more inconvenient than authenticator.
Any ideas/possibilities or experiences on the SSO with multiple tenants & one IDP?
Is there any roadmap item from Concur on following --
- 2FA with SMS OTP Login method?
- Is there an ‘Optional’ method for 2FA? Where customer has the ability to choose the login method or segment certain users?
- Any user ID mapping within Concur to enable customers who ended up with multiple tenants for various reality reasons?
- Single Logon page for tenants under one domain with by-region pages/split on the home page so separate business rules, etc. can continue?
