SAP Concur processor

Can a user be created in SAP Concur solely as a processor, without being designated as a regular expense user?

Hi @raluca_sandu

We can assign an employee processor role only without any expense user role to him.
To make the user be able to process report and cannot create an expense report.
You can follow below steps to assign the role permission.

  1. Create an expense user in the system.
    1. Administration > Company > Company Admin > User Administration
    2. Click Add User to create expense user.
    3. search the user and uncheck all the role in this user's profile
  2.  Assign processor permission to the user
    1. Go to Administration > Company > Company Admin > User Permissions
    2. Search the user and assign the Expense Processor role

Note:  ONLY Expense Processor role can be worked. If assign other processor role, it will not work.

Best wishes,

Andras

@raluca_sandu I believe they can. When you create their profile, you will see little checkboxes to designate them as a Travel user, Expense user or both. Just leave these unchecked. Then you can simply add the processor role to their profile.

Thank you,
