SAP Concur Overbudget error sign

Hello all,

I have a client who is trying to submit an expense and she is getting an error code saying she is over budget. She is adding an expense for $800 and her budget is set at $2000. Can you someone help me with this?

@apatel2196 has she submitted any other expenses this year or quarter? Maybe that is why she is over budget.

Without looking at this person's report and her company's instance of SAP Concur, we really won't be able to provide assistance. Can you send me a private message with this person's company name, their full name and their company email address please?
