SAP Concur Mobile App Receipt Auto Crop Featuring Not Working

Ever since the update to the newer Mobile App version, the receipt "auto-crop" feature no longer works. Is this an update issue/glitch?

Troubleshooting done: Restarted each phone, logged out and back into the app, deleted and re-installed the app, via the icon when taking a photo - disabled and enabled the auto-crop feature; tried receipt on different color surfaces (light vs dark)

Specs: SAP Concur version 10.0.0.2307041454 | attempted on two different devices: iPhone 13 with iOS 16.5.1 (c) and iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 16.5.1 (c)

@matthewshaw I had the same issue. I've posted to our mobile team to see if they can provide some insight.

Between you, me and this whole Community, I don't ever use the auto-crop. :-).

thank you for sharing with your Mobile Team! I’d imagine each receipt file (that is not auto-cropped) takes up a lot more file space!
