SAP Concur Freezes on Iphone 13 When Opening Expense Report

Opening an expense report on my Iphone 13 causes the app to freeze. It has does this on any new report that's created.

Procedure I've tried:

 - offloading the app data

 - offloading the app

 - uninstalling the app

 - hard rebooting the phone

 - reinstalling the app

- signing back in

The problem still continues on ALL new expense reports.

This is incredibly frustrating considering the phone is the easiest way to add receipts.

Please provide a resolution and correct this app bug.

Hi @DavidHarris123 ,

Our R&D team is currently working on a fix which will be provided in the Concur app version 10.14, yet to be released.

For now we have a temporary work around while R&D fix the issue. Sharing the steps as below for reference:
 1) Log in to the app but refrain from opening any reports.
 2) Tap on your initials which can be seen in the upper right-hand corner (iOS).
 3) Proceed to 'Settings'.
 4) Tap on the 'ExpenseIt' toggle to disable

This worked for me - had the exact same problem for the last month or two.
