SAE file is not including child Personal Expenses

Hello

Our SAE file is not including child personal expenses.  We require users to itemize hotels and some transactions are non-reimbursable so they mark them as person.  We have CBCP credit cards and track company reimbursement on the back end but we recently noticed transactions that were itemized with personal expenses are not included on the SAE file.
