Reverse Report Approval - Admin

Is there a way to "un-approve" (as the admin) a report if you missed a change that needed to be made?

@pammac hello there. When you say "as the admin" do you mean as the site administrator, which we might also refer to as the Expense Processor? If so, the answer is Yes.

From the Expense Processor screen, you would need to use the drop down fields to run a one-off query for reports that are in the Approved status. Once you see the results, click on the report you need. Once the report opens, you should see a button on the right-hand side that says "Recall to Processor". This will take it out of the Approved status.

Keep in mind, you can only recall to processor reports that are in a batch that hasn't closed yet.

Let me know if this works for you.

Thank you,
