As an administrator am I able reset a user's password or do they have to click the forgot password link

@MargaretP Yes you are able to. When you go to their profile as an admin, you should see the password field. Just type in a new password and save.

However, it might be better for them to reset their own password using the Forgot Password? link. That way they don't have to change it again from the new temp password you changed it to.
