I'd love to hear about evryone reporting experiece with Concur. What are some of the issues you are having and what are some solutions for getting the most accurate reports. I'd also like to hear about your payment solutions. Heres a little background on what we are facing.
Reports -
We have a some bookings that take place outisde of Concur and is later manually entered. When this happens the names of the employee isn't captured in the report. Thatis when we a re pulling reports from the Concur and not inteliigence. When attempting to create reports in Intelligence we are agetting these large numbers that show more than once which tends to be rather confusing. How do you all pull reports?
We are currently use Conferma pay, what are some payment solutions out there?
