Report missing after recalled an approved expense report

I just recalled a report that was approved by my manager. When I made some changes on my report, an error popped out saying that an error occurred, please try again later. The report is gone from the report library in the website, but it still shows up in active reports from mobile app, which is marked as Not Submitted. It throws errors when I try to make some changes or try to submit it again via my phone. 

Has the report been recalled successfully? How can I resolve this issue?

Since the report is marked as "Not Submitted" this would have got recalled successfully. However there could be a temporary interface gap in the mobile app. 


You can check this same in desktop and ensure this is recalled successfully.

Looks like the report disappeared in my mobile app as well. Only receipts left in the expenses.
