Report for Annual Travel and Entertainment Expenses

Hi all,

My company began using Concur this year. As part of our annual reporting, our corporate tax team would like to know the total travel and entertainment expense incurred. What is the best standard Cognos report to serve this request?

I have 5 different "travel" expense types and 6 different "entertainment" expense types setup for users can select from. They all share the same accounting code.

@wantongliu Thanks for posting in the SAP Concur Community. Without knowing your requirements or whether these expense contain allocations or itemizations, I would recommend the Expense Entry Analysis report in the Expense Processing folder. Here is a link to the Default (Standard) Reports User Guide for your review.

@wantongliu in addition, if you are simply looking for total spend by user, expense reports and these expense types, you can also build your own report.
