Report failed to open as pdf

Hi All,

When I download the expense report from concur it will go into my downloads but fail to open. Here is the error message below.

Any suggestions?

@kwhite this sounds like more of an adobe issue.

unfortunately, I am experiencing the same issue but my IT reported that is not an Adobe issue as all the editors are having the same issue...do you know what else could it be?

@fedesimone I'm not sure on what the issue is. If the file downloaded, then it is saved on your computer. If it will not open, then it isn't an SAP Concur issue, because it isn't trying to be opened from SAP Concur, but with Adobe reader. Does that make sense?
