Report Total unable to enter

I am trying to create a new report in Concur. When I get to the report total box, a red circle pops up and I cannot enter the amount.

@Dmarr could you please provide a screenshot of what you are describing? Please screenshot the entire screen and not just the amount field you are referring to.

The total box want allow me to enter the amount I wish to claim for

The total box would be filled in after you itemized all the lines and charges on that report.
