Report Submit Error

I try to submit my expense report and it says "This expense report cannot be submitted until all blocking exceptions are resolved" I use a Samsung Note 9. Thank you for any help!

@bwharp3224 I went to look at the blocking exceptions on your report, but I see you were able to get it submitted. 🙂
