For our employees designated remote when hired we allow them to expense up to $50 per month home internet. For those working from home due to the pandemic we have no internet reimbursement and surprisingly few complaints. We used to allow $100 for remote employees but after reviewing some benchmarking two years ago we dropped it to $50.
