@Pdbel the best thing to do is to contact whomever is in charge of SAP Concur at your company. Usually that would be someone in Finance, Payroll or Accounting. You can also sign in to SAP Concur and if you see a Company Notes section on the home screen, look there to see if there is any help link or help contact information. Unfortunately, when a report is Pending AppZen, there isn't anything you yourself can do. However, it should not be pending for two weeks.
