Reimbursment not received

Ho do we get assistance if reimbursement is not received.

Hello there,

You would need to reach out to your Concur Administrator to see what happened with your payment. I would recommend checking your bank details to make sure they are correct as well (under Profile-->Profile Settings-->Bank Information).

Our administrator found that the reimbursement was added to another reports reimbursement total paid out the same day. One was out of pocket the other was a company card.
