Reimbursement

Hi Team,

The concur expense reimbursement was submitted & approved by my TL as of 26th July 2021 , But the status remains pending approval.Can you please check on same & assist us.

Below is the screen shot of reimbursement approved.

@ps452 If you log into SAP Concur and look at the expense report now, it has a Status of Submitted & Pending Approval. The reason your screenshot says Approved is because if you look at the Audit Trail of the report, it was approved by Concur Detect. It is now in your manager's queue. You should contact your manager and let them know the report needs to be approved.

@ps452 based on what I saw, they should be able to approve it.
