Reimbursement for Travel

I am Recruiter for Waycross RYDC. I am responsible for traveling to job fairs, making contact in the community such as Goodwill, churches and passing out recruitment flyers. I keep a log of the locations and people I meet. How do I submit my mileage for reimbursement?

@WendyKick first thing I need to know is do you have an SAP Concur profile? Not the profile here on the community.

To enter mileage expenses, you would need to go to: www.concursolutions.com and log in there.

If you aren't sure or don't know if your organization has set you up with this profile, I recommend speaking with your direct manager to see if they can help get one created for you or help you determine if an account has been set up.
