Reimbursable expense

Hello, I submitted an expense report 11 days ago, it was approved in the very next day and I received an email that said that it was "Paid" in the same day, but I didn't received the reimbursement. Is there someone who can help me?

Have you tried to reach out the Accounts Payable or Finance department within your company? They should be able to answer any questions you have regarding reimbursement.
