Red flag error though can't identify

I'm receiving the following error message when trying to submit my expense claim (attached). However I've painstakingly gone through each submission an cannot identify any problems.

@MBourne myself and a colleague looked at this and we could not find the issue. We thought it might be the case where a required field was accidentally hidden from view, but we didn't see that. I'm sending you a private message with a name of someone at your company you can have look into this and submit a help ticket if needed.

Have you tried looking at the Alert drop down?  I helped 2 people with the same error and they were missing info on the report header.
