Recieving log on info from concur

I have sent two requests for log on info in the past 10 days. I was told that i would receive an email for my log on info so i can file my expense reports. I have never received that email and I am paying out of pocket. Can anyone help me with a way to contact a real person so I can get this figured out?

@Pattona70 where did you send those two requests and how did you send them? Did you send an email or did you use the Forgot Password? link on the SAP Concur login screen? I'll need a little more information to better assist you.
